Gull Billed Tern MY11

 Occasionally there is none sometimes they are all over the place and like today wander everywhere. A common coastal migrant in our area and you see them on the mudflat. Massive bill given to its name Gull Billed Tern. I remember I first saw this species off shore of Langkawi the same trip I got the Beach Thick Knee. It was a greta trip. Today however it was a wet trip and I yet to get half and hour before was chased back to the car and drop off the idea of birding.
