Kuala Selangor : Visit to Heronry 3rd part Collared Kingfisher & Whiskered Tern

 A part from egret and heron other species do make its way to us. First one was the Collared Kingfisher. I was hoping for the juvenile but non was sighted. Anyway this one decided to come during the rain and keep its distance. Digiscope is the way for this particular individual.

4 species of tern were observed this trip. The Common Tern, Gull Billed Tern, Lesser Greater Tern and this flying around Whiskered Tern.

In all for non egret and heron this was not a bad day with Little Green Heron was later observed breeding and so on. Still my last post after this will be Little Egret. :)
