Pied Harrier - Juvenile Male
Now this is unique as most time I tell people in such plumage we can't really tell male or female in term of juvenile pied harrier. This is true and consistent. nevertheless if you look at the photo attach here it fit this description and should be sexes unknown however this intividual had already show yellowish eye. At the particular plumage (NOT OLDER!!) and at this timing and showing this eye colour this point the bird to be a male. The reason for the above note is crucial as male show yellow eye earlier than female and in much older plumage both have yellow eye. This however is not worrying as at that time male will start to show patches of black crucial for the adult male indication.
Hope this answer some on your question about axing and sexing pied harrier.
