NCRRU - Brown Hawk Owl / Brown Boobook

This individual was seen in a small family group and was photography on their usual spot. A success of almost every night. Nevertheless it was not far away when I saw the Northern Boobook. Below is a picture of an adult near another 2 Brown Boobook. Honestly this location is my favourite for this owl. I got very good success rate in this location. Perching on top of the pole showing the small size of this owl. A species almost heard in this location for sure. In term of call + heard ratio is almost a 100%. Still sometimes we need to have some patient for them to come close enough for us or perch long enough and move less for our slow shutter speed to function.
