Crested Serpent Eagle
An adult Spilornis cheela malayesis was spotted under a canopy. This individual seen in late evening should be hunting for food based on the behaviour seen. This was a great sight. Its been a while I have never seen one perch in this location. Thus, this individual provide me a great view.

great picture, Terence,. what kind of ssp this spilornis,. malayensis or another sub species in borneo?

This is a malyensis race. This shot is not from borneo. I will sent the one from borneo out soon.
