Garnet Pitta

First of all I'm very happy to be able to accompany my friend to shot this shy little jewel. To my surprise our effort pay off. I'm now more surprise of the camera ability. My set up was a 7D + sigma 50-500 OS. This shot was taken at 1/13s with bird actually non stop moving. I'm happy with the result actually.
